SOS: SUPPORT ON SATURDAYS
Support on Saturdays provides respite care for families of children with disabilities on Saturdays. Kids with disabilities and their siblings ages 15 and under will enjoy games, activities and lunch, all geared toward their ages and developmental levels.

When
The second Saturday of the month from 11:00 a.m. –2:00 p.m.

Where
Bring your children to the Lower Level of the Sanctuary building (north building, with steeple). We’ll greet you in the hall.

Who is invited
Children with special needs and their siblings ages 14 and under.

What to bring
Each child’s own lunch including a drink (with any special utensils) and any medications that need to be administered (by the nurse). Please mark the lunch bags and medication with the child's name. Per church policy, no peanut butter or nut products may be included in lunches.

RSVP required
We need to be prepared for your little ones, so we ask that you RSVP by contacting Ashley Korol by the Tuesday prior to SOS.

Other Information
A parent or caregiver will need to be reachable by phone or cell phone. A nurse will be on site. An updated medical form and release form are necessary at your first SOS.
