Saturday October 7
Sunday October 8
Zane Pratt, vice-president for global training at the International Mission Board, will be preaching from Isaiah 56 on the important topic of prayer in missions. Visiting missionaries will be featured during the services and in Adult Communities and Kid’s Harbor classes throughout the morning. We will also be commissioning newly appointed career missionaries.
Sunday Evening Service, 6:00-7:00 pm in the Sanctuary
Join us for a time of worship and celebration that focuses on what God is doing around the world. The Children's Choir will start the service and then we will be hearing from two of our missionaries about the necessity of prayer in ministry and life on the field. Short-term missions teams for 2018 (STAMP & World Impact) will also be announced.
Global Café, 7:00-8:30 pm in the Sanctuary
Join us for this bi-annual family-friendly missions event. Meet visiting missionaries and enjoy international desserts. This event is a great way to learn about local and global as well as long-term and short-term missions opportunities.
