Summer Bible Study

Summer can be a great time to bring friends and neighbors together to study God's Word. Are you looking for a study to work through with friends? Consider this six-week, video-based study on Habakkuk.

Videos available here: Habakkuk Study
Week 1: Bewildered by God's Ways
Week 2: Bewildered by God's Answers
Week 3: God Speaks
Week 4: Speechless Before a Great God
Week 5: Fearful to Prayerful
Week 6: Fearful to Faithful

The first gathering will serve as an introduction to Habakkuk. The study begins with a video, either watched in advance or as part of the gatheringand group discussion questions, providedFollowing this, each week has 5 days of individual study work, and then the week ends with a gathering of the small group for discussion, informed by a video (watched either together or in advance) and each member’s time in God’s Word over the course of the week.

Interested in participating? Stop by the church office to pick up your free copy of the study guide.

Monthly Gathering is a space where the women of College Church can connect with one another, discuss relevant topics, learn from God’s Word and grow with one another.  This year we’ll be looking at spiritual practices that shape the follower of Christ – Bible Intake, Prayer, Worship, Silence & Solitude, and Learning. We’ll explore the question, “What disciplines or practices promote growth in my relationship with Christ?” It is our hope that this time will pave the way for rich discussion and community building, enabling us to engage with each other as we dig deeper into matters of theology, culture and faithful living.

Next Monthly Gathering: Saturday, June 19 (9-10:30 a.m.) in the College Church Commons.

Women's Conference

We enjoyed a great weekend together of worship, testimonies, fellowship and teaching by Courtney Reissig on Psalms 1, 13 and 103.
Videos of the teaching sessions from the conference are coming soon.

Becoming Disciple-Makers

We want to be a church of disciples who make disciples. One way we desire for this to occur is through intentional, consistent, one-on-one discipleship relationships. These relationships ultimately enable both parties—the disciple-makers as well as those being discipled—to grow in their knowledge of God and his Word as they mature in their spiritual walks, and is a beautiful representation of the church community in action.

If you are interested in either discipling, being discipled, or both, please sign up here.
