John and Esther Waldrop serve with the International Graduate School of Leadership and Asia Graduate School of Theology in Manila, Philippines. Both schools train pastors and Christian leaders from many of the least-reached countries in Asia. John teaches at both schools, and Esther serves in the Partners in Ministry program and is helping to start a writing center for the students.
