Thad and Joy are focused on enabling the peoples of Europe to grow in relationship with Jesus. They help people become disciples, who will in turn help others become Christ-followers, while growing Christ’s church across Europe. Greater Europe Mission staff serve in 23 countries across Europe, working on diverse projects that contribute toward discipleship and church planting. Thad serves as chief operating officer for the mission, and Joy serves with the spiritual formation team.
