Dick serves with Training Leaders International as an international trainer, mentoring and leading teams of other theological trainers, pastors and seminary students.
These groups bring theological education and training in biblical interpretation and expository preaching to pastors and church leaders around the world, most of whom lack the means to attend Bible school or seminary.
