Dick serves with Training Leaders International (TLI) as an international trainer. Dick mentors and leads teams of theological trainers to bring training in expository preaching to pastors and church leaders around the world. Pastors gather for a series of week-long workshops and then develop their own strategies for teaching what they have learned to other pastors. TLI’s curriculum emphasizes hermeneutics and expository preaching along with practical application of each lesson.
