Phil and Ann serve on the executive team of Pioneers International (PI) USA, whose vision is to see churches planted among unreached people groups around the globe. While most of their time is spent at the home office in Orlando, Florida, their work takes them around the U.S. and the world to provide logistical and administrative support for PI workers.
