Bob and Becky serve with Salt Ventures in Sofia, Bulgaria. Bob is the president of Salt Ventures NFP, and Becky leads member care for Asia and Africa workers of SV. The Fabers are involved in teaching, church planting, evangelism, leadership development and community service. The Pink Foundation, their ministry to children at risk, launched Innovaid, a first-of-its-kind hospital volunteer program for Bulgarian youth with the goal of yielding community, medical and spiritual fruit in Bulgarian society.
