Curt is the chief operating officer/vice president of personnel for Avant Ministries. His passion is the health of Avant’s 450 global missionaries. He also serves on the international leadership team which strategically places church planting teams in unreached places. Karen serves as an educational consultant coach with Avant, whose goal is to see parents prepared and equipped for the unique challenges of their children’s education in whatever country they are serving.
Curt and Karen are based in Kansas City, Missouri.
