Curt is the chief operating officer/vice president of personnel for Avant Ministries. His passion is the health of Avant’s 450 global missionaries. He also serves on the international leadership team which strategically places church planting teams in unreached places. Karen serves as part of the missionary kid (MK) care team. She helps care for MKs during training events and coaches new missionary families on educational options for their children.
Curt and Karen are based in Kansas City, Missouri.
