Jon and Kathy have been serving in Spain with WorldVenture since 1996 in the areas of leadership development and mobilization. They have a deep burden for the authority of the Scriptures and the purity of the gospel message in local congregations around Spain and the Spanish-speaking world. Their primary focus is to resource church leaders and support them in the ministry of expository preaching.
They develop resources and provide training on their website (exigetica.net), online with the Escuela Evangélica de Teología and at the ISBTE seminary. They also translate theological and academic resources. Currently they are in the midst of a twelve-year project to translate the twenty-volume Zondervan Exigetical Commentary on the New Testament into Spanish.
