Mihai and Tamara are part of One Challenge International (OCI) serving in Genoa, Italy, as leaders in Europe developing new strategies for discipleship, leadership development, care and spiritual formation. Mihai uses sport and member care with a specialty in trauma counseling. He also serves on the pastoral team of their local church. Tammy serves as the OCI Europe area director and as a spiritual director/retreat facilitator for ministry leaders around the world.
