Phil and Jessica live locally and serve with First Love International (FLI) where Phil serves as president/CEO. FLI seeks to mobilize local churches to holistically love vulnerable populations around the world, such as orphans, trafficked people and individuals with disabilities. Currently, FLI missionaries serve in more than a dozen countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Phil and Jessica have four children.
