Rod and Kathy co-founded the East Mountain Leadership Development (EM) initiative in South Africa but have moved their home base to Tennessee. They come alongside pastors, missionaries and Christian leaders to serve them in areas of consulting, discipleship, encouragement and bringing resources to those in need.
Rod continues to give oversight to the overall vision and direction of the EM global network. Both Rodney and Kathy also disciple and mentor interns.
