Rod and Kathy, after co-founding the East Mountain Leadership Development (EM) initiative in South Africa, have moved their home base to Tennessee. Rod has invitations to train and develop leaders in partnership with other Christ-centered ministries in Africa. They come alongside pastors, missionaries and Christian leaders to serve them in areas of consulting, discipleship, encouragement and bringing resources to those in need.
Rod continues to give oversight to the overall vision and direction of the EM global network. Both Rod and Kathy also disciple and mentor young leaders and missionary couples.
