Thad and Joy work across Europe with Greater Europe Mission (GEM). Thad is responsible for GEM’s operations and culture across 25 countries, focused on equipping and enabling 700 workers involved in one-on-one and small group discipleship, church planting, evangelism, refugee work, connections through the arts, and youth and family camps.
Joy enjoys her role as spiritual director, helping missionaries to strengthen their relationships with Jesus so their ministry flows out from an ever-deepening relationship with him.
