Thad and Joy support work across Europe with Greater Europe Mission (GEM) from their home base in Nashville, TN. Thad is responsible for GEM’s operations and culture across 23 countries, focused on equipping and enabling 700 workers. The teams are focused on discipleship and church planting through local evangelism and church partnerships, refugee work, connections through the arts, youth and family camps and more.
Joy enjoys her role as spiritual director, helping missionaries to strengthen their relationships with Jesus so their ministry flows out from an ever-deepening relationship with him.
