Thad and Joy are now based in Nashville with Greater Europe Mission (GEM) after living in France for 16 years. Thad is responsible for GEM’s field ministries across Europe, overseeing over 350 missionaries involved in one-on-one and small group discipleship, church planting, evangelism, refugee camp work, connections through the arts and youth and family camps.
Joy leads GEM’s spiritual life team, helping missionaries to strengthen their relationships with Jesus so their ministry flows out from an ever-deepening relationship with him.
