Tim and Deanna Smith work out of Greater Europe Mission’s (GEM) U.S. headquarters in Colorado. Tim serves as GEM’s vice president of people and culture, and his mission is to help people create an environment for growth so that they can thrive as they multiply disciples and grow Christ’s church in Europe. Together, Tim and Deanna assess missionary candidates, visit missionaries, participate in retreats, respond to crisis situations and help with training.
